Baked sweet potato wedges

Serves: 4 

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 6 to 8 sweet potatoes, sliced lengthwise into quarters


  1. Preheat stove to 200 C/Gas mark 6. Daintily oil a preparing plate, or line with heating material.
  2. In an enormous bowl, blend olive oil and paprika. Include sweet potato, and hurl to cover. Spot on the readied heating plate.
  3. Prepare 40 minutes in preheated broiler. Best eaten at room temperature.
