- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 6 to 8 sweet potatoes, sliced lengthwise into quarters
- Preheat stove to 200 C/Gas mark 6. Daintily oil a preparing plate, or line with heating material.
- In an enormous bowl, blend olive oil and paprika. Include sweet potato, and hurl to cover. Spot on the readied heating plate.
- Prepare 40 minutes in preheated broiler. Best eaten at room temperature.
